RAWALPINDI, Sept 27: The two government hospitals -- District Headquarters (DHQ) hospital and Benazir Bhutto hospital (BBH) here received nine injured of Kallar Kahar buss accident.

The victims of the sadistic incident have been brought to BBH and DHQ hospital from Chakwal DHQ hospital and Fauji Foundation Hospital because of their critical conditions, informed doctors.

The DHQ hospital received five patients including four children and a teacher. Their names are Nazim Iqbal, Hamza Sardar, Abdullah Zakaullah, Muhammad Umer and Muhammad Anees, respectively.

The BBH received four patients including three students and a peon. Their names are Abdullah Babar, Muhammad Bilal Hameed, Zain Shahzad and Muhammad Nadeem respectively.

Medical Superintendents of the two teaching hospitals also confirmed that they received a total of 9 victims of the Motorway's Salt Range incident out of total 70 injured persons.

While talking to Dawn, the parents lashed out at School Administration alleging that they hired defective bus for the trip to Islamabad. They urged the government to launch inquiry into the incident and punish those who were found responsible for the incident.

Muhammad Babar, father of Abdullah Babar, aged 11, student of 6th class, said that his son was out of danger but his mother was not well. He said that the government should introduce mechanism to check all those vehicles used for schools trips.

Muhammad Nadeem, uncle of Muhammad Bilal, said that his family was still traumatized after receiving the news. He said that they went to Chakwal where hospital administration informed that their relatives were shifted to Rawalpindi.

He said that the administration had failed to provide information and his brother and sister had to spend whole night in distress. He said that the government should provide proper details in Chakwal and Rawalpindi's hospitals to avoid difficulties for the parents.

Meanwhile, the condition of a student Zain Shahzad, 12 years old, class 6th, is serious as he received multiple head injuries. His jaw bone was also fractured. Dr. Zahid Furqan of DHQ said that his condition was critical and doctors would conduct head surgery of Zain. He said that the doctors were hopeful for his recovery.
