Some of these photographs are just beautiful, with amazing use of light. Most, though not all, photographs capture eunuchs as ordinary human beings like all of us...something that a lot of photographers fail to do because they try to show them from a certain angle of suffering etc. ; one of your pictures, the one with the mattress does that too.
