Zaviša Milosavljevi?.

Seribia’s Zaviša Milosavljevi? has been named as the new coach of the Pakistan football team, the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) announced at a media briefing in Lahore.

According to the PFF, the contract with Milosavljevi? has been inked for a period of two years, the term extendable subject to the performance of the team.

Though the new coach does not boast of a background like former coach of Pakistan Graham Roberts, he has been described by the federation as a great tactician. His experience has so far seen him coach the Serbian U-16, U-19 and U-23 national team and he was also the head coach of Lesotho

“Mr. Milosavljevi? is an A category coach with a master degree in physical education and Professor of Physical Education. The advantages of hiring a foreign coach are that our local players tend to get trained along modern and advanced training methods. The new training methods that are brought in by foreign coach may make a very big difference in the improvement game of football in Pakistan, PFF General Secretary Ahmed Yar Khan Lodhi said.

Milosavljevi?  while speaking to the media at PFF House said that his game plan is “target, analysis, vision, action and control.”

“My ambition is to introduce our players to the international standard, tactics and techniques of the game, so that we can be a force on the international stage.”
