LAHORE, Nov 9: A good number of people visited entertainment places like cinemas and wildlife resorts such as Safari and Lahore Zoo during Eid days.

Two Punjabi movies -- Thakur 420 (directed by Masood Butt) and Danay Pay Dana (Syed Noor) -- were released on Eid.

According to entertainment circles, Thakur 420, starring Nargis, Moamar Rana and Iftikhar Thakur, has done a good business at the box office. They say comedy by Iftikhar Thakur and others added charm to the flick.Danay Pay Dana has not been able to come up to the expectations of the audience. Critics say people have somewhat lost interest in watching Saima in every film directed by Syed Noor.

Saima's traditional acting is considered rather monotonous and Moamar Rana's efforts to copy Salman Khan's character in Dabang failed to produce results.
