BAHAWALPUR: Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz’s chief Mian Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday said he supported the idea of the creation of the Bahawalpur province and that change in the country could only be brought through democratic means, DawnNews reported.

Speaking at a news conference in Bahawalpur, Sharif said the PML-N had said good bye to the ruling coalition because it had failed to deliver on its promises and resolve public issues.

All institutions were on the verge of destruction due to corruption, he added.

Moreover, the PML-N leader urged the people to support democracy and recalled that all the development works in the country were carried out during democratic governments.
