HYDERABAD, Nov 18: The All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) will stage a rally here on Nov 20, which will be addressed by the party chief and former president Pervez Musharraf through video conference from Dubai.

This was announced by the senior vice-president of the party, Brig (Retd) Haris Nawaz, at a news conference at the press club here on Thursday.

He said that a rally would be staged in Karachi by the end of December to be followed by such events in different parts of Sindh twice a month, to mobilise the party.

He said that a “million march” would be staged in Karachi on March 23 next year when Mr Musharraf would return to Pakistan.

The AMPL would field its candidates in every constituency in next election, Mr Nawaz said and added that it had only one slogan, “Pakistan.”

He said that a tremendous economic growth had been recoded in the country during the regime of Mr Musharraf and added that the people could compare his government's performance with that of present government.

He said that increases in the rate of dollar and prices of petrol, load-shedding, price hike, decline in foreign investment, unemployment and deterioration in the standard of education were the gifts of present government. He claimed that the APML was the third option before the people of the country after the Pakistan People's Party and Pakistan Muslim League (N).
