People belonging to different villages of Tauj union council held protest demonstrations in front of the Thull press club on Tuesday against alleged corrupt practices of the officials of Sindh Rural Support Organisation (SRSO).

They said the Sindh Rural Support Organisation was entrusted the task of installation of 800 hand pumps in different villages of the UC. Only 200 such pumps were installed while SRSO officials misappropriated the amount sanctioned for purchase of 600 more hand pumps, they alleged.
