LAHORE: Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah on Monday said the establishment had trapped Mukhdoom Javed Hashmi but he will not receive as much respect as given to him by the PML-N.

Talking to media representatives after the assembly session, he claimed Mr Hashmi will not get as much respect as he was given in Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz.

He further said that Mr Hashmi should have taken the leadership into confidence on his reservations.

To a query about the rally staged by the Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf (PTI) in Karachi, the minister said PTI was preparing for the gathering for three months and spent 400 to 500 million rupees on it.
