LADDAH: Al Qaeda has warned America, Pakistan and Afghanistan of attacks to avenge killing of its influential leader Tehsin bin Ali Abdul Aziz and his two aides in a drone strike in the Azam Warsak area of South Waziristan on Aug 1 this year.

A three-page pamphlet in Arabic with Urdu translation on a separate page, issued by Abdul Aalaam Maatafi Haleema (Abu Baseer Al-Tartusi), Amir of Al-Harkatah Alamia Kurdistan Iraq, said the attacks would be carried out in the three countries as they were allies.

The pamphlet said Al-Harkatah Alamia Kurdistan Iraq was a sister organisation of Al Qaeda.

It said that Tehsin, along with two associates Hussain Iraqi and Taliban leader Sahib Noor Ahmedzai Wazir, had been killed in the US drone attack.

Two missiles were fired on their vehicle when they were going to a militant training centre in the region.

Tehsin, according to the pamphlet, was a former Amir of AlHarkatah Alamia Kurdistan Iraq.

He was born in Kurdistan region of Iraq in 1972 and got early education in his hometown. He launched Al Qaeda in Iraq in 1987.

The pamphlet said he left Kurdistan in 1999 for waging jihad in Afghanistan, where he met Mullah Omar.

He moved from Afghanistan to North Waziristan in 2003 and stayed in Miramshah, Mir Ali and Datta areas.

The pamphlet said Tehsin set up a training camp in Datta area for Arab militants and acted as trainer for a long period.

He moved to Azam Warsak, South Waziristan, soon af ter the American commando operation in Abbottabad on May 2 this year that killed Al Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden.

Tehsin ran and financed the training centre for Arab militants and preached that Arab fighters would soon free Baltul Muqadas from occupation of infidel forces.

When he was killed, the local media had reported that a Punjabi Taliban had been killed in the attack. Pakistan intelligence sources had also expressed their ignorance about the killing of the Arab Al Qaeda leader in the drone attack.

The pamphlet said Tehsin knew Arabic, English, Turkish and Persian languages.

He masterminded attacks on US embassies and consulates in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Yemen.

A spokesman for the TTP, Ihsanullah Ihsan, confirmed the authenticity of the pamphlet and said the Taliban endorsed the decision of Al-Harkatah Alamia Kurdistan Iraq and would target Americans in Pakistan and Pakistani military forces to avenge the killing of Tehsin and his associates.
