Approximately 150 horses from Gujarat, Maharashtra and Rajasthan states of India participated an event which took place on 8th January ' 2012.

To showcase the pedigree and raise awareness about the breeds, the equestrian club of Gujarat, Charotar Horse Society, Animal Husbandry department and the Veterinary College of Anand Agricultural University had jointly organized the horse show.
