MQM postpones Sukkur Convention

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has postponed its upcoming convention “Prosperous Sindh, Strong Pakistan” which was scheduled to be held in Jinnah Municipal Stadium, Sukkur on January 20 in view of the current situation in the country.

According to a statement issued by MQM here on Monday, the decision regarding postponement of the Sukkur Convention has been taken at a joint meeting of the MQM Rabita Committee.

It said that the new date of the Sukkur Convention will be announced later.
