PESHAWAR, Jan 19: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ameer Haidar Khan Hotihas said the governmentinitiated worth Rs7 billion uplift schemes in Charsadda district.

The schemes, he said were in the health, communication, irrigation and supply of clean drinking water sectors.

This he said while talking to a delegation of Awami National Party, Charsadda district, here on Thursday. The delegation was led by Khalid Khan. ANP provincial president Senator Afrasiab Khattak and general secretary Arbab Mohammad Tahir were also present on the occasion.

Counting different developmental schemes initiated by the government in the district, Mr Hoti said Bacha Khan University and other mega projects were included in the package. Bureau Report
