Post-graduate college demanded

SWABI, Dec 9: The politicians of various parties have demanded of the provincial government to upgrade the degree college for boys and give it a status of a post-graduate institution.

In separate press statements on Monday the leaders of Swabi Qaumi Mahaz, ANP, PPP, PPP-S, PML-N and PML-Q said that it was a long-standing demand of the people of the area.

They had also demanded the upgradation of government degree college (girls) Maneri-Swabi to the post-graduate level claiming that most of the girls had given in the desire to get higher education after the graduation owing to the lack of master level education facilities in the district.
