LAHORE, May 22: Army Public School, Cantt and Boys Campus High School won their respective matches by identical margin of 2-1 as the NBP-Lahore Inter-school Hockey Championship started at the National Hockey Stadium’s outer ground here on Tuesday.
In the first match, Army Public School trounced Government High School, Township with Ali Nawaz and Hamza striking one goal each. For the losing side Mohammad Adnan reduced the margin of defeat.
In the second match, Boys Campus School defeated Unique High School as Hamza Waheed and Shafqatullah scored the goals. Ahmed Shamas hit the solitary goal for the losers.—Sports Reporter
