LAHORE: Gulberg police registered a case against Test cricketer Muhammad Sami for failing to compensate a man whose car had allegedly been damaged by him in a road accident.

Farrukh Ilyas complained to the police that Sami’s vehicle hit his car on May 26 and now the cricketer was not compensating his loss.

He submitted an application against Sami and his driver Shaukat Bhatti.

Muhammad Sami is in Sri Lanka along with the Pakistan cricket team which is to play three Test matches besides one-dayers and T20 matches there.
