ROADS: Delay in construction of Kohat-Hangu and Kacha Pakha roads has become a permanent nuisance for the people of the area.
Former chief justice of Peshawar High Court Syed Ibne Ali said in a statement here on Tuesday that Chief Minister Ameer Haider Khan Hoti had directed National Highway Authority during his last visit to Kohat to complete the roads by September 2012, but despite that the contactor was delaying the work.
