Malala’s recovery

Published November 6, 2012

LATELY somebody left a mind boggling and thought-provoking comment on a social networking site asking the Taliban when they shot a child in the head and she did not die how could they be so sure, that God is on their side?

Malala is now on her feet which is really good news. Her recovery has rejuvenated the process of combating forces and liberal voices to speak straight from heart against twisted ideology of the Taliban.

Since the girl has been lauded by the world for her daring deeds and speaking in the face of the Taliban while living near their oppressive grounds, I feel no candidate deserves the Nobel peace prize more than her in terms of efforts as an ambassador of peace.

As terrorism is now a universal menace, her fearless contribution to restore peace would be surely written in the annals of time.
