KARACHI, Nov 30: Pakistan’s Mohammad Asif on Friday took another step towards the world snooker crown when he bulldozed Australia’s Vinnie Calabrese 5-0 to storm into pre quarter-finals of the IBSF World Snooker Championship at Sofia, Bulgaria.
Asif won 63-40, 115-14, 69-65, 67-55, 67-15 to post sixth straight win in the ongoing contest.
Result: Mohammad Asif bt Vinnie Calabrese (Australia) 5-0 (63-40, 115-14, 69-65, 67-55, 67-15).
