KARACHI, Dec 7: The Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB) on Friday disconnected the water supply to the Hockey Club of Pakistan stadium.

According to a statement issued by the water utility, the KWSB had sent several notices and reminders to the Pakistan Hockey Federation regarding the stadium’s Rs25 million dues for the past 15 years but to no avail.

KWSB managing director Misbahuddin Farid said that the water supply to the stadium would remain disconnected until payment of the dues.
