Woman shot dead in Nawabshah

NAWABSHAH, Jan 17: A woman was shot dead allegedly by her brother on the pretext of Karo-kari on Thursday, police said.

Farzana, aged 30, was allegedly shot dead by her brother, Rano Lakho, in Mir Mohammed Lakho village, Qazi Ahmed taluka in Shaheed Benazirabad district.

Lakho escaped after the killing. No case was registered till Thursday night.
