LAHORE, Jan 23: The City District Government of Lahore has issued a no objection certificate (NOC) to Dr Tahirul Qadri’s Tehrik-i-Minhajul Quran to hold a Seerat Conference at the Minar-i-Pakistan on Thursday.
The TMQ has got the permission after giving an undertaking that it will be responsible if any untoward incident takes place.
Earlier, the CDGL had refused to grant permission to the TMQ owing to life threat to Dr Qadri. — Staff Reporter
