KARACHI: Three people were killed when the roof of their apartment in Karachi's Kharadar area collapsed on Tuesday, DawnNews reported.
Those who died include a woman and a child.
Karachi is a sprawling city of over 18 million with a weak mechanism when it comes to implementation of building regulations.
