QUETTA, Oct 2 Police arrested three suspected terrorists and seized huge cache of sophisticated weapons and explosives in Zhob.

DPO Raz Mohammad Tareen claimed at a press conference on Saturday night that the arrested men wanted to blow up Zhob Airport and Police Lines in the city.

He said police on a tip-off raided an abandoned house and found weapons and explosives in the possession of Noorullah, Hamidullah and Hanfia.

The seized weapons included 46 anti-aircraft mortars, 11 mortars, 10 packets of ammunitions and one hand grenade.

The DPO said the ammunitions were to be used for making suicide jackets.
