Three killed in Dadu accident

DADU, June 20 Three passengers were killed and three others injured when a truck overturned on a passenger van near the district jail here on Sunday.

The driver of the van was trying to overtake the truck on an under-construction road.

The dead were identified as Ms Irshad Mallah, her daughter Sitara and Mohammad Saleh Leghari and the injured as Munawwar Shaikh, Shaman Talpur and Sheeraz.

The injured were taken to the Civil Hospital of Dadu where they were admitted.

Police took the bodies out from the van after cutting its doors and sent them to their native places.
