HYDERABAD, Sept 30 The Dawn Media Group is organising a spelling competition or school students with the theme of “Extending the boundaries of the classroom” at Mumtaz Mirza Auditorium, Sindh Museum, here on Saturday for the first time in the history of Hyderabad.

The main philosophy behind this mega event named “Dawn in Education Spelling Bee” is to inculcate a spirit of competition among the students in this competitive age with the objective of improving the standard of education.

About 500 male and female students with their parents would be attending the event which will start at 8am and continue up to 6pm. Students of 58 private and government high schools of Sindh from Thatta to Daharki will be participating in the competition.

Transport, accommodation and food will be provided by the Dawn Media Group.
