Soldier laid to rest in Dadu

DADU, Oct 19 The mortal remains of army solider Karim Bux Loond was brought from South Waziristan here on Monday.

His funeral prayer was held in Chhanno Shahabad Mohalla which was attended by a large number of people, relatives and army officials. He was laid to rest at the Chhano Shahabad graveyard.

Karim Bux Loond, 25, had joined army six years back. Arrangements for his marriage were almost finalised and he was supposed to marry his cousin after a month. His father Abdullah Loond, 60, is a farmer and Karim Bux was his only son.

Talking to journalists, Abdullah aid that his son was future of his family but he was proud of him who laid his life in the war against terrorism.

BODY FOUND The Fareedabad police found a body with torture marks from Dhamrah Wah. It was identified as Ali Jan Tivano, 15, who had been missing from Shoaib colony, Mehar, for the last three days.

Brother of the deceased identified the body. Dr Rasool Bux Shaikh of taluka hospital said that tortures marks were visible on the body.

Elder brother of deceased, Mumtaz Ali informed the police that his brother was accompanied by a friend Mukhtiar Channa who, he alleged, was responsible for the murder. A murder case was registered against Mukhtiar.
