Road named after Wyne

MIAN CHANNU, Oct 2 Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has issued a notification for naming an under-construction road after the late chief minister Ghulam Haider Wyne.

The under-construction road, which will join the eastern bypass to the western bypass, is 7.2 kilometres long and will cost Rs320 million.

The chief minister issued the notification after PML-N vice-president Begum Majeeda Wyne and MPA Rana Babar Husain requested him to name if after the late chief minister.—APP
