KARACHI A four-man Pakistani boxing team left for China late Friday to compete in the China Open Boxing Championship.
Boxer Mohammad Waseem will lead the team in the tournament and will compete in 51-kg weight category. Naimatullah will participate in the 54-kg weight category, Nisar Khan in 75-kg and Mirwaiz Khan in 91-kg-plus categories respectively.
Mohammad Arshad will accompany the team as its coach while Iqbal Hussain will be the team manager.
The tournament will be held in Guiyang, China from April 5 to 11. —PPI
