HARIPUR, April 8 Two persons were killed, while two others suffered injuries, in a traffic accident near Shah Maqsood village, some five kilometres from here on Wednesday.

Police and eyewitnesses said that the driver of an Abbottabad-bound mini-truck (7368-LES) lost control over the vehicle near Shah Maqsood village on the G.T. Road and hit a truck (1424-DIR) killing two persons travelling in the mini-truck and injuring its driver seriously. The helper of the truck also sustained injuries.

Those killed in the accident were identified as Mohammad Riaz resident of Makhan village and Alamzeb resident of Pharhari village, while Abdul Tawab and Goher were injured and admitted at DHQ hospital Haripur for treatment. —Correspondent
