DADU, April 14 Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has said that government of Pakistan People's Party will follow the policies of late Chairperson Benazir Bhutto and it was dream of late leader to provide basic needs to the poor people.
He was speaking at first death anniversary of former Sindh chief minister Syed Abdullah Shah at his native village Wahur in Sehwan taluka on Monday.
He said that Zulfikar Ali Bhutto had said that he would sacrifice his family members for the rights of people and would not bow before dictators and time had proved this, as his entire family members sacrificed their lives for the people.
He said that Syed Abdullah Shah remained with PPP till his death and his services would not be forgotten.
He said that after 1977, it was difficult time for PPP but Abdullah Shah remained with the PPP and did not change his loyalty.
Speaker Sindh Assembly Nisar Ahmed Khuhro said that late Abdullah Shah was a good administrator and chief minister. He said that he had learned from the late Shah to remain loyal with PPP and serve people.
Sindh education minister Pir Mazharul Haq said that Syed Abdullah Shah had worked with Z.A Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto and they had always trusted him as he was a faithful worker of the party.
Sindh revenue minister and son of Syed Abdullah Shah, Murad Ali Shah, said that his father had guided them to help poor people and remain sincere with the party.
