ABBOTTABAD, April 11: The Secretary-General, PML-Q, Saleem Saifullah Khan has shown dissatisfaction at the performance of the NWFP government, saying it has failed to deliver the goods as per its manifesto.

Speaking at a press conference here he said his party wanted a good working relationship between the provincial and central governments. He charged that the MMA government had no other business except reshuffling officials.

The PML-Q leader was flanked by the party parliamentary leader in the NWFP assembly, Mushtaq Ahmed Ghani, and other MPAs.

Mr Saifullah said that the MMA government had failed to bring relief to the public despite its majority in the NWFP assembly.

He said that the NWFP government was trying to target the local government system that, he remarked, would create tension between the centre and the province.

Mr Khan said that the PML-Q was setting unique example in the national politics as the office-bearers of the party were not holding key posts in the government.

He claimed that the party’s think tanks were making plans and policies which have been implemented by the government to get back the confidence of the public.

Mr Saifullah said that his party was doing the job of bridge between the public and the government.
