Nawabshah to have trauma centre

NAWABSHAH, July 3 Lawmaker of the Pakistan People's Party Dr Azra Fazal Pechuho has said that the government is making eff-orts to provide health facilities to people at their door steps.

Addressing a ceremony after laying the foundation stone of a trauma centre at People's Medical College Hospital here on Saturday, she said that the centre would be completed in one year at a cost of Rs177 million.

The PPP MNA said that a well-equipped cardiac centre, institute of urology and transplantation and thalassaemia centre would also be established in the hospital.
