LARKANA, July 15 The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Larkana, announced the result of Higher Secondary Certificate Part-II (class-XII) annual examination 2010, of Commerce Group here on Thursday where boys have outshined girls as all top three positions were clinched by boys of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABIST) Intermediate College Larkana.

The statistics released by the BISE, Larkana, in the gazette showed that out of 668 candidates who appeared in examination, only four clinched A-1 Grade whereas 69 candidates were declared fail.

The combined pass percentage was assessed at 88.17, the announcement said. The number of passing girls candidates was 30 while that of boys it was 559.

Four cases of unfair means were detected, 19 were placed in Grade-A, 133 in Grade-B, 308 in Grade-C , 122 in Grade-D and only three in Grade-E. The controller of examinations of BISE, Larkana, Mohammad Alam Thaheem, declared the first three positions provisionally and they are as under

Mohammad Suhail Ahmed, son of Anwar Ali Leghari obtained 895 marks and stood first, Faraz Ahmed, son of Noor Ahmed Chawro got 890 marks and secured second position and Haman Kumar son of Sugham Chand Ahuja

with 887 marks stood third. All three belonged to SZABIST Intermediate College, Larkana.
