QUETTA, Dec 11 A division bench of the Balochistan High Court has issued notices to the provincial chief secretary and secretaries of the services & general administration department and the Balochistan Public Service Commission, asking why appointments in government departments should not be processed through the commission.

The hearing was adjourned till Dec 21.
