TSML relief for Thatta

KARACHI, Aug 25 Tuwairqi Steel Mills Limited (TSML), a subsidiary of Al Tuwairqi Holding of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has sent five trucks loaded with relief goods for the flood-affected areas of Thatta and Khairpur. The contribution voluntarily is from the employees of TSML.

Zaigham Adil Rizvi, Director (Projects), TSML, in a statement, said each truck contains 60 relief packs having flour, sugar, milk, tea, cooking oil, rice, salt, match box, mix spice, mineral water, soap and biscuits. The consignment will cater to 300 families.

Abdul Aziz Ibrahim Al Ghadeer, Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan, said in this hour of crisis, Saudi Arabia stands by the people of Pakistan and would provide all possible assistance in relief efforts and later on in rehabilitation phase.
