The Super League stage matches are of best of five.

Lahore bt Sahiwal 3-1: 27-25, 29-31, 25-17, 25-19.
Narowal bt Toba Tek Singh 3-0: 25-20, 25-14, 25-15.
Sialkot bt Sheikhupura 3-1: 25-12, 13-25, 25-20, 25-15.
Faisalabad bt Toba Tek Singh 3-0: 25-11, 25-18, 25-15.
Sahiwal bt Sheikhupura 3-0: 25-11, 25-21, 25-19.
Narowal bt Rawalpindi 3-2: 25-23, 18-25, 25-18, 23-25, 15-10.
Sialkot bt Lahore 3-2: 25-19, 27-25, 13-25, 20-25, 15-13.
