SUKKUR: Cloth vendor killed

SUKKUR, April 5 A cloth vendor was gunned down by armed men following monitory dispute in Mir Mohammad Banglani village in the jurisdiction of Thull police on Sunday morning.

Mohammad Anwar Pathan, used to sell clothes in villages, moving on his bicycle. Manzoor Banglani owed Rs. 2300 to him.

On Sunday morning when Anwar Pathan demanded his money, it was alleged, Manzoor Banglani and his accomplices, put him to death and threw his body under a heap of straws.

Some of the villagers informed the police about the incident and on this police recovered his body from the hay and shifted it to local hospital for autopsy.

Anwar's cousin Mohammad Ibrahim Pathan has lodged an FIR against Manzoor Banglani, Sabz Ali Banglani and others.
