NAWABSHAH, April 12 An amount of Rs154.884 million allocated for the schemes of MNAs Dr Azra Fazal Pechuho and Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah will be spent on electrification and supply of gas to villages in the district and on other development schemes.

Mohammed Juman Jamro, joint secretary of the Prime Minister's Secretariat, said at a meeting held at the Circuit House on Sunday to review federally-funded MNA's schemes under People's Works Programme-II that the amount would be spent during current fiscal year.

He said that the government was determined to provide all basic facilities to people without any discrimination. The funds would be used to electrify and supply gas to different villages of Shaheed Benazir Abad district.

Besides, two buses would be bought for Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Girls College and a fire tender would be bought from the funds, he said.
