Published January 1, 2009

KARACHI, Dec 31 Federal Information Minister Sherry Rehman has said that Benazir Bhutto's will was not challenged when it was first read out before the central executive council.

Speaking to journalists at the Meet the Press programme of the Karachi Press Club on Wednesday, the minister said she respected PPP leader Naheed Khan's right to express her views but she (Ms Khan) did not raise any objection when the will was presented nor did her husband, Senator Safdar Abbasi, object in that meeting.

Ms Khan has lately claimed that she had no knowledge of Ms Bhutto's will.—Our Reporter
