PHF Executive Board to meet on 31st

LAHORE, Dec 27 The second meeting of Pakistan Hockey Federation's Executive Board will be held at National Hockey Stadium Lahore on December 31.

Besides reviewing the report for the year 2008 to be presented at the meeting, the board is expected to give its approval for PHF's future programmes too. Any other issue at hand will also be discussed with the permission of PHF President Qasim Zia.

The 14 executive board members include Qasim Zia, Secretary Asif Bajwa, Chairperson Women's Wing Barrister Shahida Jamil, Senior Vice President Saeed Khan, Treasurer Gulfraz Ahmad Khan, Secretary Punjab Hockey Association Rana Mujahid Ali, Secretary Sindh Hockey Association Rao Mohammad Saleem, Secretary NWFP Hockey Association Syed Zahir Shah, Secretary Balochistan Hockey Association Qaiser Loni, Olympians Akhtar Rasool Chaudhry, Islahuddin Siddiqui, Shahbaz Ahmad Sr, Rashid Butt (Railways) and Col Nadeem (Army).—Agencies
