OWING to the negligence of tehsil municipal authority, Gujrat, encroachments, vendors and pedlars have occupied a public place at Jinnah Street and around the water filtration plant.

Obtaining water from the plant is a Herculean task. Also the shouting that goes on all day long has made the life of the people unbearable. I urge tehsil municipal officer to take stern action against them.
