Blast rocks Chaman

QUETTA, July 21: The border town of Chaman was rocked on Sunday when a bomb placed against the wall of a warehouse near the Police Lines went off, police said.

However, they said, no one was injured in the remote-controlled blast.

Law-enforcement personnel cordoned off the area after the blast which was heard far and wide in town, spreading fear among residents.

A few months ago a blast in the same area had left three police personnel injured.
