Cook-it-yourself: Snicker doodle

Ingredients

Tea biscuits 20

Butter 2 tbsp

Cream 200 ml

Sugar 2 tbsp

Peanuts (roasted) 1/2 cup

Milk chocolate 100 gm

Milk 1/8 cup

Hazelnut chocolate spread 2 tbsp

Method

Ground tea biscuits with the help of a rolling pin.

Add butter and mix well with hands.

Spread this mixture in a heat-resistant glass bowl.

Microwave for three to four minutes on medium-low heat, set aside.

In a bowl mix cream and sugar well.

In another bowl add milk chocolate, milk and hazelnut chocolate spread and microwave for two to three minutes on medium-low heat.

Now spread cream over the biscuit layer, sprinkle roasted peanuts and pour the chocolate mixture.

Chill for three to four hours and serve.
