Dadu water scheme planned

DADU, Oct 24: Sindh local government minister Syed Owais Muzaffar has said that a plan (PC-1) would be approved for drainage and water supply schemes in Khairpur Nathan Shah, Mehar, Khanpur, Kakar and Sita town of Dadu district.

Speaking to a gathering organised by Pakistan Peoples Party MNA Imran Zafar Leghari at Dhani Bux Bughio village, 45 kilometres from Dadu town, on Thursday, the minister said that priority would be given to the essential needs of people and steps would be taken to resolve the basic amenities.

He said that the provincial government was prepared for local bodies elections and were waiting for orders.
