Cook-in-yourself: Vanilla bundt cake

INGREDIENTS

Flour 2 cupsBaking powder 3/4 tbsp.Baking soda 1 tspButter 200 gmsCondense milk 300 gmsMilk 1 1/2 cupVanilla essence 1 tspAlmond essence 1/2 tsp

METHOD

In a bowl beat egg for about one minute.

Add in condense milk and vanilla essence and beat for a minute again.

Add all the milk and beat all well.

In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix with a spoon.

Add the dry ingredients in the egg mix and fold with a spatula.

Pour the mixture in a greased bundt pan and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

NOTE

You can also add chopped chocolate or chocolate chips in the mixture at the folding stage.

Use two teaspoon vanilla essence if you are not using almond essence.
