Reserves jump to $9.37bn

KARACHI: Pakistan’s foreign exchange reserves increased to $9.37 billion, reported the State Bank on Thursday.

The SBP’s reserves improved to $4.62bn with an addition of $702 million during the week ended on March 7. The reserves of the central bank noted an increase of $1.8bn during last 30 days. On Feb 7, they were $2.84bn.

Reserves of the scheduled banks slightly slipped from $4.8bn to $4.7bn during the week.—Staff Reporter
