Cook-it-yourself: Colourful milky cups
Ingredients
1/2 cup Condensed milk
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 tbsp Gelatine
1tbsp Cold water
Food colour of your choice
Method
MIX condensed milk and normal milk in a bowl and keep aside.
In another bowl, mix cold water and gelatine and leave for a minute. It will set into a jelly, microwave this jelly on low heat for just 10 seconds and it will turn into liquid again.
Mix the gelatine liquid well with the condensed milk mixture.
Divide the mixture in two bowls and add any colour of your choice in each bowl and mix well.
Now add this coloured mixture alternatively in the cups and freeze overnight.
Overturn in the serving plate and decorate with edible silver and golden balls.
Note: You can also add chopped chocolate or chocolate chips in the mixture at the folding stage.
Use two teaspoon vanilla essence if you are not using almond essence.
