KHUZDAR: A middle-aged man was gunned down in Khuzdar town on Monday, police said.

The man, identified as Mir Mohammad Langov, aged about 45, was going home when gunmen on a motorcycle attacked him on the Hospital Road.

He received multiple bullet wounds.

Police shifted him to hospital where he succumbed to injuries before getting medical aid.

“We have no idea about the motive of the killing,” a police officer said, adding it appeared to be a targeted attack.

No one claimed responsibility for the attack.
