Qadri urges ‘patriotic institutions’ to act against ‘corrupt’ rulers
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Awami Tehreek chief Dr Tahirul Qadri has once again urged the heads of ‘patriotic institutions’ to take some action against the rulers who, he alleged, are involved in corruption.
Addressing his supporters here on Wednesday, Dr Qadri called for immediate arrest of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, some federal ministers and other people nominated in an FIR for allegedly killing workers of his party and the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf recently.

“How can the prime minister remain in power after two murder cases have been registered against him.” He called for setting up a joint investigation team to investigate the Lahore and Islamabad shooting incidents.
The PAT chief asked the prime minister to resign, as according to him, he was responsible for loss of lives and property in floods.
He said almost all parliamentarians had criticised the government during the joint sitting of parliament for its bad governance.
