Indian arrested with gold
LAHORE: Some 30 tolas of gold was recovered from the luggage of an Indian passenger of Samjhota Express at Wagha railway station on Monday.
A Pakistan Railways official said that on suspicion, luggage of Raheema, wife of Ismaeel, was detained at the Wagha station. During search, some 30 tolas of gold in biscuits were recovered.
The woman, said to be a resident of Ahmadabad, Gujarat, was taken into custody and later handed over to customs authorities for further investigation.
